Who we are
AID·CAM is a dental AI platform in active development. References to “AID·CAM,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the company operating it. Our contact address for all privacy matters is privacy@aid-cam.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the AID·CAM marketing website at aid-cam.com.
The product application, where intraoral scans and case data are uploaded and processed, is
governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and HIPAA-aligned Business Associate
Agreement (BAA), available to customers and research partners on request.
What we collect on this site
- Contact information you give us. When you email info@aid-cam.com or any other address on this site, we receive your message and the email address it came from. We use that information only to reply.
- Basic visitor analytics. We may use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics service (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and referrers. We do not track individuals, build behavioral profiles, or sell or share data with advertisers.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for no longer than 30 days.
What we don't do
- We don't use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.
- We don't sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't collect clinical or patient health information through this marketing site.
Clinical and product data
Intraoral scans, prep meshes, generated crown designs, and any patient-identifying metadata are handled within the product application under separate technical and contractual controls. For details on those controls, such as encryption at rest and in transit, access logging, deletion policy, and regulatory posture, request our Data Handling Brief at privacy@aid-cam.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, for example under California's CCPA/CPRA, the EU's GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Quebec's Law 25. To exercise any of those rights, email privacy@aid-cam.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International data transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States, Canada, or the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
